Are these items authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is authentic! We really hate counterfiets and would never sell them. We are a platinum powerseller on eBay - please go see our rating there to add to your confidence level. Also we are proud that eBay uses our photos as reference tools to help in their ongoing battle against counterfeits - although it does not help pay the mortgage!

Why are you selling on eCRATER?
We have been selling on eBay (and still very much are) but with the ever increasing fees we are looking for other outlets that allow us to offer our authentic and quality merchandise to as many buyers as possible. Our prices will always be best on this site as there are no listing or final value fees to pay!

How can I find other items you are selling?
If you can not find what you want here, please check our eBay store, email to tell us you want to find an item you saw there (make sure to give us the complete details of the item) listed here for purchase. How can I get in touch with you?

When do you ship?
We ship Monday thru Friday. Because we have an early morning pick-up, purchases made after 9AM EST most likely will get shipped the next day. Occasionally we take time away from the office so please be patient with us. When we do take time off we will put a notice on our "Home" page so please check there.

How do you ship?
We ship with US Priority Mail. The delivery confirmation numbers should show up in your paypal transaction when your purchase ships.

What about insuring my purchase?
Every item we ship is insured by DSI Insurance. Our insurance carrier requires that we NOT mark the outside of the box - they feel it makes your parcel a bigger target for thieves if they know there is some value.

Do you accept returns?
We can accept returns but we hope you will love your purchase! If you have to send something back to us, we charge a 10% re-stocking fee plus our actual cost of shipping. Why did you cancel my order?
Many times our items sell so fast between the various places we sell that we are out of stock before we know it and the item is still showing as being available. We are sorry when this sort of thing happens and if we can not get more of that item, we have to cancel the order.

When is my credit card charged?
We never charge your credit card until we are actually shipping your purchase.

What does On Hold mean?
When there is no option to place an item in your shopping cart and the item is On Hold it is because we are currently out of stock on that item.
